Returns - RMA Procedure
Before returning any products to Metsys2.com you may wish to
check for common issues, driver updates, bios updates (at own risk)
and manuals for other settings on the manufacturers website, some
of which are listed on the
Warranty Contact Details
page.
You can also obtain diagnostic and recalibration software from some
of these and if you wish you may be able to complete an online RMA of
your product, which may speed up the RMA process.
The procedure for returning items is as follows:
-
An
'Metsys2.com RMA Request'

result in delaying your RMA authorisation. Items described as
'faulty' or similar will be rejected.
Please note: If the RMA form opens in your
browser, you can right-click on the link to it and click "Save
Target As" to download it.
-
This form should then be e-mailed to:

Please note:
-
If the RMA form opens in your browser, you can right-click on the
link to it and click "Save Target As" to download it.
-
The RMA form is an Excel spreadsheet. If you do not have Excel, you
can download a free spreadsheet editor (Gnumeric) from
Gnumeric - The Gnome Office Spreadsheet
. The Windows compatible version can be found under the 'News'
section, something like: 'new Win32 Build'. This worked fine when
we tried it.
